EG&C provides a high quality and low cost managed relocation services to our national and international clients.  This customized professional service is an alternative to the “lump sum” relocation package that growing companies are often forced to offer their recruits.  

Eddleston Gill Relocation is a division of Eddleston Gill & Company.  With its roots on the south shore of Massachusetts EG&C started out as a regional player in the relocation industry.  Seeing a need for a Managed Relocation service across the United States, Eddleston Gill set out to create a no cost solution for companies that can’t afford to work with the large guys but want to give more benefits to their new hires and employees.  EG Relo works with lump sum or no sum offerings and puts the value of a relocation system behind it.

We call it "Managed Relocation".  In the eyes of our clients it is the same expense as "lump sum" with a reduced time commitment by the hiring manager, less hassles for the accounting department and at no cost to the company.  But most importantly the employee or recruit is relieved of the overwhelming task of managing their own travel & accommodations, moving & storage, real estate and short term housing needs.  We save everyone money through pre-negotiated rates with our vendors.     

Also, for the relocation of an existing group of employees, our service is to meet with them before the move.  Eddleston Gill will travel to meet with your transferees, bring them information on the relocation area and answer all their questions about living in their new location and about their move.  Our job is to ease their concerns and get them comfortable with all aspects of the move.
